Unbelievable: A key member of Georgia who had an affair with a teammate’s wife has been…

In the 127-page filing, Mr. Roman requests that the court disqualify the district attorney, her office, and the special prosecutor from continuing to prosecute the case.

He claims that during the case’s pendency, the district attorney and the special prosecutor had an improper, covert personal relationship that allowed the special prosecutor to profit significantly from the prosecution at the expense of the taxpayers.

The statement goes on, “Therefore, the district attorney and the special prosecutor should be disqualified from prosecuting this matter because they have broken laws governing the use of public funds, have irreversible conflicts of interest, and have violated their oaths of office under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.”

According to Roman’s filing, Wade filed for divorce in Cobb County, Georgia, “a day after his first contract with Willis commenced” in November 2021, and “sources close to both the special prosecutor and the district attorney” have confirmed that Willis and Wade had an ongoing affair.

The filing also claims that the special prosecutor and the district attorney “have been seen in private together (in a personal relationship capacity) in and around the Atlanta area and are believed to have co-habitated in some form or fashion at a location that neither of them owned.”
