A Milwaukee Bucks veteran offers a contentious perspective on the Sixers.

After being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks a little more than a week ago, former Philadelphia 76ers guard Patrick Beverley feels that the two teams he has played for this season have different objectives.
According to Beverley, “everybody wants to win” for the Bucks. He raises doubts about that notion regarding the Sixers.

Beverley disclosed that he spoke with Tobias Harris, a forward for the 76ers, during a recent Pat Bev podcast with Rone. Harris expressed interest in learning more about the distinctions between Beverley’s two teams.
After being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks a little more than a week ago, former Philadelphia 76ers guard Patrick Beverley feels that the two teams he has played for this season have different objectives.

Beverley was acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers to provide Tyrese Maxey with spark from the bench, defensive toughness, and vocal leadership. Even though he did a good job in his role, the Sixers believed they had to accept Milwaukee’s offer on the day of the trade deadline.Beverley was all praise for his team and the players on the roster during his tenure with the Sixers. Beverley continued to have a positive outlook and speak positively about his brief time with the 76ers on the day he was traded.

The former Sixer, though, is talking up the Bucks and singing a different song about his former team. It should not be shocking that Beverley wishes to disparage the Sixers because the Sixers and the Bucks are now considered rivals because they are direct rivals in the Eastern Conference.

But as was to be expected, Beverley’s most recent remarks aren’t sitting well with Philadelphia’s fan base. That should undoubtedly affect the fan base’s response when Beverley takes the court on February 25 at the Wells Fargo Center.
