The top two players for the Sunderland have been arrested for alleged domestic abuse and one dead.

Anthony Stokes, a former striker for Sunderland, has been accused after a police chase resulted in the discovery of £4,000 worth of suspected cocaine.

When the police approached Stokes in the wee hours of Friday morning, he sped off. The event happened in the Crumlin neighborhood of Dublin.

Officers discovered a significant quantity of white substance inside the car after pursuing and stopping it; Stokes and another guy were then put into prison.

Two men in their 30s were taken into custody by Gardaí early on Friday morning, January 6, 2023, in connection with instances of reckless driving in Dublin 12, according to a police statement.

Additionally, a significant amount of drugs were found inside the car.

Both males have been prosecuted in connection with their detention at Crumlin Garda Station pursuant to Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act of 1984.
