Competing in a new tournament-style format, some of the best players from the NBA G League will participate in the NBA G League Up Next Game presented by AT&T, which will take place in Indianapolis, IN,, during the 2024 NBA
All-Star Weekend. Twenty-eight NBA G League players—ten of whom were chosen by fan vote—will be drafted into four teams of seven players each. Eight members of NBA G League Ignite and at least one player from the Indiana
Mad Ants, the G League affiliate of the Indiana Pacers hosting the All-Star game, will be among the final eighteen players chosen by the NBA G League. The two semifinal winners will play each other in the championship game. The four teams will compete in two semifinal games each. An NBA G League head coach will oversee each squad.
On a ballot, each fan may select up to five players: two backcourt (guards) players and three frontcourt (forwards and centers). All NBA Two-Way players who have participated in at least one NBA G League game and all contract
Players for the NBA G League who are currently on rosters are qualified to be chosen. A fan may cast a ballot as many times as they like, but they must do so for each entry.
The 2023 NBA G League Up Next Game roster includes forward Gui Santos of the Golden State Warriors. Within 17 minutes of playing time, the former Santa Cruz Warriors player recorded 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists.

In addition to serving as the NBA’s research and development lab, the NBA G League is the official minor league of the NBA, training players, coaches, officials, and front-office personnel for the NBA. Offering top-tier professional basketball at a reasonable cost in an enjoyable, family-friendly environment, the league comprises 31 teams, of which 29 have direct affiliations with NBA franchises for the 2022–2023 season. The NBA G League experience was a record for 47% of all players on the 2022–2023 opening night rosters. By promoting health and wellness, supporting neighborhood needs and interests, and aiding in educational development through NBA Cares programs, the league’s teams, players, and staff strengthen their ties to the community.
Regarding the 2024 NBA All-Star
The world will celebrate the NBA in 2024 when the most gifted and driven players come together for the Indiana Pacers-hosted NBA All-Star game in Indianapolis, IN. At Indianapolis’ Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers, on Sunday, February 18, the NBA All-Star Game will be held. Presented in more than 200 countries and territories in more than 50 languages, the 2024 NBA All-Star Game will be televised on TNT in the United States. To guide their individual teams, the NBA All-Star Game team captains will be announced. When it comes to NBA All-Star voting presented by AT&T, the captains are the All-Star starters from each conference who garner the most votes from their peers. The NBA All-Stars will make their first visit to Indianapolis since 1985.
