Andreas Weimann from Bristol City has officially joined West Bromwich Albion on a loan agreement that runs through the end of the current campaign. The versatile forward,
who has played in the final third at various positions, comes from the Robins, where he served as club captain. Weimann, 32, joined the team on a permanent basis in the summer of 2018 after making over 200 league appearances for Derby County, where he scored 50 Championship goals.
Although the Austrian Weimann has played for Bristol City in 21 games this season, injuries have prevented him from playing as much as he would have liked under new manager Liam Manning.
