Heart breaking: This is too terrible for fans to bear, as all time player Totteham has just found dead.

Following Okechukwu Iweha’s fatal stabbing outside of Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium in north London, police have detained a 33-year-old man.

The man is still being held in connection with the stabbing after being detained on suspicion of murder on Wednesday.

When police arrived to Northumberland Park, which is close to the stadium, at 5:51 a.m. on Sunday, they discovered Mr. Iweha unconscious and suffering from several stab wounds.

Despite efforts by police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service to save the 46-year-old’s life, he passed away at the site.

There will be a post-mortem later on Wednesday.

The inquiry’s main detective, Met Detective Chief Inspector Neil John, stated that while the murder investigation was “making good progress,” he was still pleading with any witnesses to come forward.

We are putting a lot of effort into creating a timeline that will show what has transpired. Did you witness someone fleeing the neighborhood, or were you awakened by any sort of disturbance? He stated.

“I would like you to see if you have any dash cam or private CCTV footage that could be of use to us.”

The Haringey police chief, Caroline Haines, stated that the force’s condolences are with the family, “who are having to come to terms with his life being taken in such a violent way.”

“We are working around the clock to support specialist detectives with their investigation, and I would like to reassure the local community of this,” she stated.

“We appreciate the residents’ understanding and patience while we carry out this important job.
