The Leicester City head coach wants to step down.

winning the FA Community Shield in 2021, two of the team’s three greatest Premier League finishes, and a string of successful European campaigns, which included our first-ever European semifinal in 2022.

Along with them will be First Team Fitness Coach Glen Driscoll and Assistant Manager Chris Davies, who the club wishes them well in their future endeavors.

“The club’s veteran first team coaches, Adam Sadler and Mike Stowell, will assume immediate responsibility for Men’s First Team training and match preparation.”

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, the chairman of Leicester City, commented on the news, saying: “The team’s accomplishments under Brendan’s leadership speak for themselves.

“Under his direction, we’ve had some of our best football moments, and we’ll always be appreciative of the heights he and his team helped us achieve on the field.

“Off the field, Brendan embraced the club’s culture and contributed to creating a fantastic environment for growth, especially during the changeover to Seagrave. He also showed strong leadership during the unprecedented challenge posed by the coronavirus pandemic.” He will always have a part in Leicester City history.

“Yet, this season’s performances and outcomes have fallen short of our combined expectations.

“We had felt that stability and continuity would be essential to changing our direction, especially considering our prior successes under Brendan’s leadership.

“Unfortunately, the expected progress has not materialized, and with ten games left in the season, the Board feels obliged to take different measures in order to preserve our Premier League standing.

“We have a clear task for the next ten games. In order to keep our status as a Premier League team, we now need to unite as a team—fans, players, and staff—and demonstrate our class, poise, and willpower.
