The oklahoma sooners has officially announced the addition of another football monstrous wizard from….
The first day of the early signing period was fantastic for the Oklahoma Sooners. The Sooners signed every committed player as of Wednesday, in contrast to a few other schools.
The Sooners assembled a pretty good class for the 2023 cycle, despite the fact that they ultimately failed to sign a few of their highly sought-after targets.
Powered by five-star athletes Oklahoma signed fifteen four- or five-star players, including Jackson Arnold and Adepoju Adebawore. They added nine players who are considered elite players, mostly on the defensive end of the ball.
The area where they most significantly added talent was the defensive backfield. The Sooners added five four-star prospects in Jacobe Johnson, Jasiah Wagoner, Kendel Dolby, Makari Vickers, Daeh McCullough, and Erik McCarty. McCarty will be a major contributor to Oklahoma’s secondary in the future.
Brent Venables hinted that the Sooners weren’t done acquiring talent during his early signing period press conference. The transfer portal or the high school recruiting trail may be the means to do that. That would elevate a stellar recruiting class to a whole new level.
