excellent news: I’m blown away that the Buffalo Bills have signed a promising new talent.
On Tuesday morning, the Buffalo Bills announced the signings of wide receiver Deon Cain, wide receiver Damiere Byrd, and quarterback Ben DiNucci. In matching roster moves, the team placed wide receiver Chase Claypool and quarterback Shane Buechele on injured reserve; second-year pass-catcher Bryan Thompson was also listed as waived/injured.

He is somewhat acquainted with Buffalo’s leadership, as general manager Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott were assistant general manager and defensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers, respectively, when Byrd joined the team in 2015 as an undrafted free agent.
