During Port Adelaide’s 48-point rout of the Western Bulldogs on Saturday, star midfielder Zak Butters was benched. Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley has taken aim at Butters.

Vice captain Butters amassed 33 touches and scored a goal himself as the Power captain Connor Rozee led from the front with 36 disposals, seven clearances, and a goal as his midfield comrades trampled the Dogs.

However, just a few weeks after receiving the most recent of many fines from the AFL, Butters has found himself in a bit of trouble.

He and Bulldogs legend Tom went back and forth off the ball.

Commenting, Gerard Healy stated, “I don’t think there’s any issue that the AFL is going to address but clearly there’s an issue that Ken Hinkley and Zak Butters need to address.”
