Due to his wife; The time player in San diego Paders his offfiicially announced his leaving.

Star left fielder Juan Soto of the San Diego Padres has revealed something unexpected while pushing his teammates to improve during their dismal season.

The 24-year-old said that at times, like during the Seattle Mariners’ series loss this week, the Padres have just given up.

After the Padres managed just four hits on Wednesday, Soto stated, “We’ve got to play as a team,” as reported by The San Diego Union-Tribune.

We have to grind it out there each and every day. Grind each at-bat—the results have been incredibly erratic. We do on some days and don’t on others. We must perform this daily.

On days such as these, we simply give up. We actually just give up rather than persevere and keep working hard. We need to move past yesterday.

The Padres currently hold a 55-60 record and most recently suffered a 6-1 loss to the Mariners, when they were shut down by Emerson Hancock on his MLB debut. Hancock holds the fourth-best prospect ranking in the Mariner’s system.

After a team meeting following the Padres’ loss to Seattle, Soto wasn’t the only star player on the team to voice concerns about the team’s performance.

Manny Machado, the third baseman, called it “unacceptable.”

“Well, he did make some excellent pitches.” We were unable to take advantage of it. However, we’re far superior to that and our performance today.

Despite having talents like Soto and Machado to go along with the likes of Fernado Tatis Jr and Xander Bogarts, San Diego has fallen behind its NL West rivals by a significant amount.

With 526 runs scored, they currently hold the 15th position in the league. Their wRC [weighted runs created] of +105 puts them in ninth place. For wRC, the league average is 100.
