Coach Scott Satterfield has finally finished a signed project that former Cincinnati Bearcats head coach left behind.
Cincinnati — The contract that UC is giving to Scott Satterfield has come to light.
The new head coach of the Bearcats has a six-year contract worth $3.4 million year, which includes a $100,000 rise every year. The previous contract Luke Fickell had was for $5 million annually.
Despite earning less than Fickell, Satterfield has greater resources to hire helpers.
The entire coaching investment currently stands at $10.65 million, with the football staff wage pool at $7.25 million.
It’s the largest sum in the history of the program, demonstrating UC’s readiness to make an impact in the Big 12.
