Disgruntled Dragons player Zac Lomax, who was given an early release from his $800,000-per-season contract, will meet with the Parramatta Eels.

The Dragons confirmed their agreement with Lomax and his management on Tuesday by releasing a statement. As a result, the club will not provide any financial support for the contract years 2025 and 2026, which will be terminated.

Dragons CEO Ryan Webb said in a statement, “By completing this decision now, it gives Zac and the club clarity regarding the future, allowing us time to strategize for the upcoming seasons.”
