In an Instagram post, The Power Play, a hockey teaching clinic, identified him as a skills specialist and video coach. The description given of him is “retired pro with significant NHL experience.”
With three seasons in the NHL restricted by injuries, the 25-year-old Patrick has 77 career points, all of which have come with Philadelphia.
After being acquired by the Golden Knights in a trade with Nashville, he played in 25 games, tallying two goals and five assists for the 2021–22 campaign.
In the offseason, he became an unrestricted free agent after missing the whole 2022–2023 campaign.
