Ellen Calipari stated in the three-minute film that she wanted to create her own farewell video even though it wasn’t simple to publish. She also mentioned how much of an honor and chance her husband’s 15-year stint as UK’s coach was, and how much she had enjoyed her time in Lexington.

Ellen Calipari remarked, “We will have a lot of very fond memories from being in Lexington.” It’s been a very cozy and friendly environment. Being a part of the institution has been an honor, and I hope that the work that we have both done will leave a lasting legacy.
