The offense of the Philadelphia Eagles appears stagnant and flawed. Easy fixes are not available.
The offense of the Philadelphia Eagles is having some issues.

The Eagles offense appeared to be operating well during the first ten weeks of the season. When it came to predicted points added per drive overall, the Eagles ranked third. They led in the run game and had the fourth-best offensive success rate. Their passing offense was ranked fifteenth. They were only second behind the Dolphins in terms of points per drive thanks to their persistent red zone scoring strategy.

They have been dreadfully ordinary since returning from the bye in Week 11: 13th in success rate, 16th in EPA per drive, and 16th in points per drive. Considering only the last three games, which saw losses to the 49ers, Cowboys, and Seahawks: 22nd in points per drive, 17th in EPA per drive, and 11th in success rate

The peculiar issue is that the cause of this dip is unknown. I don’t believe it was a single incident; Jalen Hurts played through a sickness on Monday night, and the Eagles’ offense didn’t really come to an abrupt halt until after they lost tight end Dallas Goedert for three weeks. It’s actually been brewing for a while.

The Eagles’ schematic problems are real. Talented players like Hurts, Goedert, Jason Kelce, and A.J. Brown have been masking the dysfunctional parts of their offense for some time now. Consequently, there aren’t any easy solutions awaiting
