If he is not fired, I will leave the Packers head coach, as he has a misunderstanding with his star player.

I will step down as head coach of the Packers if he is not fired because of a disagreement with a key player.

While I am aware that not everyone shares my sentiments, there are undoubtedly those who wish to see Matt fired. Now listen, Matt has been leading the team for four or five years at this time, and it would be foolish of us to fire him after just a single season without Aaron Rodgers. Check out what others had to say about Jordan after he was selected in the draft.

He experienced at least one coaching change during his time in college and appeared to be struggling at the time. Does that imply that Jordan will perform poorly and be a waste of space if Matt is fired? No. Those who want Matt gone, in my opinion, during a season in which we are, for the most part, exceeding expectations, are being a little too dramatic. Matt deserves criticism for some of his actions, but imagine how all these young players on a team with so few seasoned players left would appear if they had to pick up a new system so early in their careers.

Could it aid in the recovery of some of them? Indeed. Could it also be impeding and delaying some of those young males’ growth and development? Yes, as well. Basically, what I’m saying is that this season has exceeded most people’s expectations.

We should keep Lafleur and let this offense develop together. If the offense has a significant decline and we are in the running for a top-10 pick the following year, then I would say we should cut Lafleur. But for the time being, I believe it would be best to keep him around for at least one more season and see what transpires. I simply don’t know how to feel about Joe Barry right now, and I hope he stays far away from our squad for the upcoming campaign.
