Norwich is about to sign this incredible football wizard because the conditions have finally been worked out and the player is eager to sign a new contract.
It was revealed on Wednesday that Norwich and Chennaiyin FC, of the Indian Super League, have reached an agreement on a three-year strategic partnership.
With this partnership, the English second-tier team hopes to “create a platform for the exchange of knowledge, technical expertise, coaching methodologies, and player development strategies” with the former Indian top-flight winners.
“This is an incredibly exciting moment for Norwich City as we enter into our partnership with Chennaiyin FC and, with it, the Indian football market,” stated Sam Jeffrey, commercial director of Championship club Norwich.
“Football is the participation sport with the highest growth in India, which also has the fastest-expanding sports industry in the world.
Currently sitting sixth in the Championship standings, Norwich is vying for a play-off spot in an attempt to advance to the lucrative Premier League.
