Sad report, The Owner of Calgary flames has been recommended that no salary for Martin pospisil this month due to…

Martin Pospisil never stopped dreaming about someday skating in the National Hockey League.

Just a few months before to his initial call-up by the Calgary Flames, Pospisil was concerned that he might have to give up on his mission. As he recovered slowly from a concussion sustained last winter, the forward potential worried that his career might not endure.

“I wouldn’t believe it if you told me that I would make the NHL in January or February,” Pospisil said to Postmedia. “I feared that I might not be able to play. “We will see how you’re going to feel,” the doctors told me. Given that this might be my final season, it was a little unsettling. Although it wasn’t what I actually desired, my health comes first at all times.

“Because you want to live a happy life after playing hockey, you know? However, going through all the bumps and bruises feels even better now. I’m overjoyed to get this chance to compete in the NHL. I’m overjoyed about it.

With his hair pulled back for the cameras, Pospisil made his official introduction on Saturday in Seattle. He grinned as he took the ice for the customary solo lap, threw his weight around on the forecheck, buried a loose puck for his first goal of the season, and told Flames TV in a post-game interview that he was “pretty much living the dream right now.” He was still in the starting lineup for Tuesday’s game in the Saddledome against the Nashville Predators, demonstrating his favorable first impression.

Every time an NHL rookie experiences one of those “pinch-me” moments, you can’t help but smile. However, this one is particularly endearing if you are familiar with Pospisil’s past.
