2023–2024: Dietsche averaged 12.7 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks per game despite missing much of the season due to injuries. She made 35.4 percent of her shots from beyond the 3-point arc, 69.6 percent from the free throw line, and 38.6 percent from the floor. Dietsche received the KCAC Defensive Player of the Week award twice. Dietsche was leading the NAIA in blocks with 36 prior to her injury. Dietsche finished with a career-high five blocks against Kansas Wesleyan University, a career-high 27 points against Kansas Christian College, a career-high 11 rebounds against McPherson College, and a career-high five steals against Baker University.
North Arkansas College: Dietsche was selected to the Second Team in 2021–22 and the Third Team in 2022–23, respectively, and was a two-time NJCAA All-American. She averaged 16.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in 2022–2023. Dietsche’s percentages of field goal shooting, three-point shooting, and free throw shooting were 47.3 percent, 26%, and 75.3%, respectively. She led the Pioneers in scoring with 11.7 points and grabbing 5.2 rebounds per game in 2021–2022. Dietsche’s percentages of field goal shooting, three-point shooting, and free throw shooting were 45.7 percent, 45.2 percent, and 75.9 percent, respectively.
Pittsburg State University: Dietsche played women’s basketball for Pittsburg State University in 2020–21. She made 13 appearances, scoring 1.5 points and pulling down 1.7 rebounds per contest.
High school: Dietsche attended Highland High School, where she lettered in track, basketball, and volleyball. On the basketball court, she was named to the All-State team three times and was an All-Conference standout.
Personal: Tracy Donahue, daughter of Jeremy Dietsche, is majoring in physical education.
