Due to her husband The LSU Women’s basketball  player who retired years ago,has announced his return to the team

Angel Reese, a standout player for LSU women’s basketball, will play again on Thursday night, head coach Kim Mulkey revealed on Wednesday.

Reese’s absence has been explained by Mulkey only as “locker-room issues,” nothing more.

Reese last appeared for the team on November 14 against Kent State, where she was benched in the second half, having missing four games due to undisclosed circumstances.

Mulkey did not elaborate on Reese’s expected playing time when she makes her court comeback against No. 9 Virginia Tech, a top-10 team that will visit Baton Rouge.

Mulkey and Reese remained silent about the reason behind the 6-foot-3 sensation’s absence from the game.

Online rumors about Reese’s absence from the squad took off, and on November 19, the center posted on X, warning readers not to accept anything they read.

No. 7 Since three of the four games LSU played without Reese were against mid-major teams and Virginia, the Tigers easily won all four.

Colorado, who is tied with the Tigers for seventh place in the standings, is the only team LSU has lost to this season.

Reese was averaging 17.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per game before to her injury.

Reese is among the most well-known figures in collegiate basketball because of his crucial role in the Tigers’ 2017 national championship win.
