Stoke City player breaks silence about serious issues on the pitch…
A Stoke City player speaks out about grave problems on the field. Ryan Mmaee, a striker for Stoke City, has remained dedicated to the squad despite Steven Schumacher benching him from the starting lineup, as Teamtalk can exclusively disclose.
The 26-year-old’s alleged “poor discipline in training” has forced him to practice with the Potter under-21 team for now.
“We set out on the first day about the standards we expect at the training ground,” Schumacher stated during a recent press conference.
“I won’t go into the specifics, but there have been a few occasions where I thought Ryan wasn’t buying into it.
Demanding things from the entire team when there is only one member who has let the coaching staff and players down is unfair.
“We must stand by the things we say and demand of the players. Ryan isn’t available right now.
“A player’s door is never completely closed, but if he wants to have a significant impact on this club again, things need to alter from his perspective.
“Wants to correct the situation” and make a comeback for Stoke, Mmaee
Mmaee’s management have stated in a statement only available to TEAMtalk that the striker hopes to atone for his errors and establish himself as a vital member of Stoke’s lineup this year.
Ryan’s crew told TEAMtalk, “Ryan wants to correct the unfortunate situation and show the fans why he became a Potter.”
“He has always wanted to be the best player he can be at Stoke City, and he is committed to doing what is necessary.”
“He will stop at nothing to demonstrate his happiness at the club for the remainder of the season.”
