The owner and head coach of Ajax have conspired and terminated the biggest contracts with a star player from above.
The richest contracts with a star player were terminated from above by the Ajax head coach and owner through conspiracy.
The Eredivisie club announced on Tuesday that Dutch defender Daley Blind, who agreed to finish his contract six months early, will depart Ajax Amsterdam and become a free agent.
“Hopefully, he can find a new team to call it a career before he retires. In consultation with Daley, we have selected a game at the Arena where he can bid the fans farewell in style, Ajax CEO Edwin van der Sar stated.
After spending four seasons in the Premier League with Manchester United, Blind, 32, made his Ajax debut in 2008. He later returned to Amsterdam in 2018 and went on to win three Dutch league titles in 2019–2021–2022.
The 32-year-old made 333 games, scored 13 goals, and provided 21 assists while winning seven titles with Ajax.
During the World Cup in Qatar this year, Blind was a player for the Netherlands.
