Darvin Ham was a rookie with the Denver Nuggets on February 20, 1997. He rode the team bus to the Indianapolis arena, where he was informed that his belongings had been moved to the Pacers’ home locker room. Second-year guard Jerome Allen had been acquired in exchange for him.
