Ungreatful decision. The all-time player for Wolverines has declined the Kansas City request
On Thursday, the University of Michigan promised to assist in an unprecedented investigation into the football team and claims of a sign-stealing scheme that might have given the Wolverines access to vital opponent information in real time.

The Big Ten, which is home to Michigan and several of the most illustrious programs in college football, announced one day earlier that the NCAA was looking into the Wolverines and declared “integrity of competition to be of utmost importance and will continue.”
