The Baltimore Orioles head coach has been suspended due to a misunderstanding, which is unbelievable news for the brave fans.

The courageous fans are shocked to learn that the head coach of the Baltimore Orioles has been suspended because of a misunderstanding.

On Tuesday night (US time), Baltimore Orioles supporters were firmly positioned behind play-by-play announcer Kevin Brown at Camden Yards.

A harmless remark Brown made over the air during a recent series against the Tampa Bay Rays is alleged to have led to his suspension.

In an attempt to clarify how the squad has progressed this season, the commentator said, “It’s been a minute,” during a pregame segment on July 23. In June, the Orioles and Rays shared a two-game series. This was Tropicana Field, where they had lost the previous fifteen series. After winning three out of eighteen the three years prior combined, I already have three and two at the Trop this year.

Ownership apparently took offense at the statement about their past struggles at Tropicana Field, thinking it “made them sound cheap.” As a result, Brown was moved to the radio broadcast for the Orioles’ series against the Phillies, which began on July 24. Since then, he has missed eight games, with the exception of two that were televised nationally.

The Athletic claims that the Orioles are monitoring more than just erroneous criticism.

“Ownership has implemented a new policy requiring their broadcasters to wear only team clothing when on-air, which has rankled some, according to multiple people briefed on the issue. Due to another broadcaster’s mishap, Brown had to step in for him on radio following his remarks during the Rays series, according to the story.

“Previously, broadcasters were chastised for bringing up former Orioles players who are no longer with the team.”

The organization, whose payroll is ranked 28th in MLB, has declined to comment on the circumstances.

On Wednesday (AEST), supporters were raising awareness of the issue by chanting “Free Kevin Brown,” and one person carried a sizable placard bearing the same words.

Following the MLB team’s announcer’s suspension, fans of the Baltimore Orioles have rebelled. During the Orioles vs. Houston Astros game on TBS, the chanting could be heard.

One of the TBS hosts added, “Chant of ‘Free Kevin Brown’ is pouring down.” “I adore this fan base supporting its announcer. As everyone is aware, Kevin Brown made some incredibly kind remarks and wasn’t even critical, but someone in higher management—many think it was the owner—decided to remove him off the show.

John Ourand, a media reporter for Sports Business Journal, stated on Twitter that he was unable to hear the chanting during the game when it was broadcast on the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network.
