Seny Dieng, the goalkeeper for Queen’s Park Rangers, is apparently being watched by three Premier League teams, including Tottenham. Arsenal was previously connected to the Championship goalie.
Journalist Will Unwin of the Guardian claims that Dieng, 28, is being watched by Spurs, Brentford, and Brighton & Hove Albion. Dieng is considered by many to be among the greatest keepers in the English second division and is a goalkeeper who is ready for a Premier League transfer.

Dieng, who was formerly praised as “outstanding” by previous QPR boss Mark Warburton, has been among the Championship’s most reliable players this season. The R’s are presently 12th in the division after suffering a losing streak since Michael Beale left.
Dieng is being targeted by Tottenham as a possible replacement for Hugo Lloris, who is expected to be replaced this summer. Dieng is a Swiss-born goalkeeper who may possibly be considered Antonio Conte’s new backup, taking Fraser Forster’s place in north London.
Dieng has in fact already been associated with a major Premier League team; two years prior, Arsenal was rumored to be interested in the QPR star as a potential successor for Icelandic goalkeeper Alex Runarsson. The former Gunners target may now be moving to Tottenham.

Having a good number-one goalkeeper is not always more beneficial than signing a trustworthy backup. Additionally, it would be a wise move for Tottenham and a step forward for the North London team overall for Conte to acquire Dieng as a possible Forster replacement.
Furthermore, since it is currently doubtful that QPR will be promoted to the Premier League, selling Dieng while he is at the top of the market might result in a big payday for the West London team, something that the Championship team may find very appealing during the summer transfer window.
