As anticipated, Tino Livramento replaces Kieran Trippier at right back, and Miguel Almiron returns to the starting lineup, pushing Jacob Murphy to the bench. After costing £31 million to acquire from Southampton in the summer, Livramento is making his eighth Premier League start for Newcastle in this encounter.
In lieu of the injured Trippier, the 21-year-old entered the game as a substitute in last weekend’s 3-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers and went on to score the game’s winning goal in stoppage time. Due to a calf injury, Trippier has since been declared out till the end of the month.
Matt Targett, who was sidelined for four months due to a hamstring injury that necessitated surgery, is back on the bench. Harvey Barnes’ hamstring problem has forced him off the bench.
Lewis Hall also leaves the team because Premier League loan player regulations prevent him from playing against his native club, Chelsea.
At the end of the season, Hall’s loan move will become a permanent one for a sum of £28 million. Joe White, who has been left off the roster for the past three games, is back on the bench as well.

Karius, Lascelles, Ritchie, Targett, Krafth, Murphy, Anderson, White, and Miley are some of the replacements.
