The 2023–24 Everton season has been difficult, and the Premier League season is currently in March. After fighting their way out of the bottom three, the Toffees were spared a ten-point deduction for FFP violations, which was later lowered to six points.

Sean Dyche’s team might, however, suffer another point deduction for a subsequent infraction.

With the possibility of another points deduction in the near future, the Merseyside club will be keen to keep its players fit. Football FanCast is here to provide you with the most recent injury news from Goodison Park.

For their match against Manchester United on Saturday, Everton may be without three players due to injury. Dele Alli will undoubtedly be absent, but Idrissa Gueye and Arnaut Danjuma may also be out.

Dele hasn’t played for Dyche yet because, at the time of the previous Burnley manager’s appointment, he was on loan at Besiktas.

The rehabilitating midfield player’s situation has gotten worse as he will now likely need to miss even more time due to surgery.

Another update on Dele comes from Dyche, who says, “Dele’s focus is just getting fit.” He still has a while [left], obviously, but he’s only thinking about that. First things first, get fit. We don’t care about when. That’s all we want him to do, and that’s all he wants to do, too.

The attacker missed a few games due to an ankle injury he sustained during the goalless draw at Fulham.

But Dyche has given an update on his circumstances, saying as follows:

“Arnie is still not there, but he is still making progress. Gana is unlikely, but I believe she has a chance.”
