MotoGP’s best riders, Luca Marini and Marc Márquez, had a serious issue that made their leaders and colleagues break down in tears.

The top riders in MotoGP, Luca Marini and Marc Márquez, faced a major problem that caused their leaders and teammates to cry. In the end, the riders involved in the “ugly” French Grand Prix incident at Le Mans were fortunate to escape with their lives.

After Luca Marini’s tumble, he collided with Alex Marquez as he was exiting the Dunlop chicane. Both riders were left on the racetrack, and they were lucky to avoid being hit by any other bikes that were speeding through the area. Marquez receives a MotoGP grid reduction for his “overly ambitious” riding.

While Marini went to the medical center to get checked out for a finger injury, she was deemed fit, and Marquez was not injured.

“In the end, wasn’t the encounter quite harsh and aggressive? But in the end, everything went smoothly. It is only my thumbs that hurt. Considering that after I was struck, I experienced what seemed like stretching pain in the handlebar, and there was a significant impact as my hands reached the ground,. We now have three weeks to relax, but I might still do another check at home.

Following a crash on the first lap during which Maverick Vinales and Pecco Bagnaia were battling for third place, the incident occurred in what was suddenly the battle for third.

Marini reached the curve quickly, but he had to make a sudden turn to tip in for the second section of the turn as his VR46 Ducati teammate Marco Bezzecchi risked a lunge into the Dunlop chicane.

As he passed around that Turn 4 right-hander, he tucked the front, and even though Bezzecchi managed to stay clear of him, Marquez remained No.

In MotoGP.com’s After the Flag broadcast, race winner Bezzecchi stated, “I was strong in sector one; I tried to pass in the braking of Turn 3, but he resisted.”

“And then, I believe he lost the front when he changed directions because he cut the inside curb a little too much. Thankfully, I wasn’t thinking about the crash when I saw that he was moving a lot to the inside [at Turn 4]. Instead, I was simply trying to get by him at the following corner.

Thankfully, though, I was in the proper location to dodge him. Seeing this is unfortunate because the collision was visually stunning. When I observed the replay, Hopefully Alex and Luca are both fine, of course. Thankfully, I was able to stay clear of him and prevent a catastrophe.

Marini supported Bezzecchi’s assessment that he had gone too close to the Turn 4 curb.

“I made one of my greatest saves of my life when I managed to stand up the bike after that. I was excited since I was now beginning to accelerate. Marquez then struck me in the back.

“I believe he had a great deal of difficulty avoiding the impact. He was attempting to gain ground and avoid wasting time. It was challenging. It was merely a racing incident, in my opinion.

Marquez stated he was too close to the incident and admitted that it had been “scary.” behind Bezzecchi to notice Marini crashing not far in front of them.

The most terrifying aspect was still to come for the Gresini rider, though, when on the way out of the Dunlop chicane he found himself practically in the middle of the track, bikes barreling towards him at high speed.

July Fernandez, who eventually finished in fourth place, passed Marquez dangerously close on the inside of the track. Marquez was left scrambling on all fours as competitors like Johann Zarco, Aleix Espargaro, Fabio Di Giannantonio, and Fabio Quartararo passed him by. Marquez was not even able to stand up straight after the incident.

Yes, I was attempting to get up and go, but it was hard to get there since I was sliding. I was attempting to find somewhere to go, much like a cat. However, everyone was very adept at avoiding me. Many thanks to each and every rider.

Jorge Martin had sprinted close enough to be almost hit by Marini’s bike as it bounced toward him on the outside of the bend, making the collision potentially even worse.

Martin told After the flag, he was fortunate to have stayed on the bike and thought he might have even brushed Marini going by. He eventually finished in second place, estimating that the incident cost him about one and a half seconds and that it might have been the difference between a victory bid and a second-place finish.
