Positive news: the Manchester United scheme against Juventus has been revealed, and the…

The Italian media is starting to take Manchester United’s interest in Gleison Bremer very seriously, and they are starting to wonder what Juventus would do if he left.

Today, Calciomercato discusses that possibility and notes that Juventus is already considering a few possible players to replace the Brazilian.

Bremer recently extended his contract with Juventus, but rumour has it that his entourage agreed with the Old Lady to value a possible move.

The Premier League is said to have been brought up specifically on this topic, as the defender “has always planned” to play in English football at some point in his career.

Once again, Manchester United is mentioned as the front-runner for the signing; however, according to Calciomercato, the Red Devils would need to spend “at least €70 million” to acquire him.

Although it’s stated that his time at the team may not be over, it doesn’t appear that Juventus intends to sell, but the offer would force the team to consider the transaction.

Although Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martínez make a formidable defensive duo for Manchester United, their infrequent ability to play together makes it unlikely that the team will invest in a new center-back, particularly if players like Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelöf are offloaded in the upcoming transfer window.
