husband BreAnne, who also has a brother who plays in the National Football League, is the father of two boys. His family actually has a long history of coaching on both sides.

On January 8, 2019, the Packers declared that LaFleur, 39, would take Mike McCarthy’s place as head coach. He committed to a four-year deal. LaFleur oversaw offensive strategy for the Titans. “Family is everything to me. “I love my family,” a tearful Matt LaFleur declared during his first press conference as head coach of the Packers. His parents, brothers, and wife were present in the audience. “The real rock star in the family,” as he referred to his wife.
