Another terrible news hit the suns ahead of clash with flyers as frank vogel has sorrowfully announced

The Phoenix Suns lost the homestand 121-115 after suffering yet another fourth-quarter collapse against a Memphis Grizzlies team missing their best player, Ja Morant.

The Grizzlies broke out for an early 19–5 run in the fourth quarter to overcome a double-digit deficit. In the end, they won the last 12 minutes, 35-18, against Phoenix.

But in the fourth quarter, the sun’s issues did not suddenly emerge from the shadows. They were clearly not playing at their best throughout the entire evening. There were too many defensive errors, key players were missing open looks, and offensive rebounds seemed hard to grab.

When the Sund did start to pull away, they would quickly respond with a run of their own, with their biggest lead of the game being 14.

Frank Vogel did not mince words following the defeat, saying, “To be honest, we didn’t play well enough for 48 minutes.” “We did not deserve to win tonight,” came next.

Kevin Durant was expected to be limited in minutes after missing the previous three games with right hamstring soreness. But Vogel was forced to keep Durant on the court longer than anticipated because the Grizzlies were staying close.

In the end, Durant played 36 minutes, which is approximately what he averages during the season.

With the Suns playing at home, facing a team without its best player, and being as close to fully healthy as you could expect, this game should have been a great opportunity for Phoenix to take care of business and rest some of their stars before going on the road.

Rather, Vogel was forced to play each starter for at least thirty-two minutes. The Suns now find themselves in a situation where they must regain momentum against the scorching Los Angeles Clippers, even though Durant did not seem to inflict any further damage to his hamstring. Durant is listed as probable against the Clippers.

Eleven of Phoenix’s next 14 games are away from home. This implies that there will be little time for rest due to frequent travel.
