Matt LaFleur, the new head coach of the Green Bay Packers, is married to BreAnne LaFleur. Along with their spouse, the couple has two sons: Luke, age six, and Ty, age four.

LaFleur has been the Tennessee Titans’ offensive coordinator for the past two seasons. It appears that he will be moving to the Wisconsin area with his family in order to take on a major role with the Packers.

The Tennessean reports that at 39 years old, Matt LaFleur is currently the third-youngest NFL coach. According to reporter Andrew Siciliano, during his first press conference as the Packers’ head coach on January 9, LaFleur broke down in tears when discussing his family, referring to his wife as the “rock” of the family and saying, “I’m all about family.”

The Tennessean claims that in 2007, BreAnne LaFleur was employed in Ohio selling pharmaceuticals when her husband received an offer to become a job coach at Northern Michigan University. As per the publication, she resigned from her work and relocated to fulfill his dream of becoming a coach.

BreAnne attended Marcellus High School in Marcellus, Michigan, according to her Facebook page. It also features a few of the locations she and her spouse have called home, such as Ashland, Ohio, Marquette, Michigan, and Houston, Texas.

In 2010, BreAnne talked to MLive about her experience moving for Matt’s job with the Washington Redskins. There is a great deal of work ahead. As a pharmaceutical representative, I work in a field where employment opportunities are scarce. I’m hoping to find a job where I can transfer. Next, we need to hire a moving company. We’ll be moving in a more easier manner because I won’t have to handle everything.

Apart from their family of four, Matt also has a younger brother named Mike with whom he is close. According to The Tennessean, Mike has made jokes about how the LaFleur family home’s memorabilia and awards wall remind him of the Meet the Fockers movie.

LaFleur’s sons frequently attend his press conferences when the team is playing. At his press conference, one of his sons started crying, seemingly emotional after witnessing his father become emotional.
