Is it possible to argue that the Packers have one of the best front sevens in the league defensively? This, in my opinion, will be a major factor if they perform better this year than most supporters anticipate. Amazing skill and depth.
What’s missing to me amid all the criticism over every missed throw or questionable decision in the preseason vacuum is that Jordan our new QB1 wants to be great…not just pretty good. He wants to be great. Two years ago, he hit Sternberger on that same route he hit Musgrave on, but this time he was moving the defenders with his eyes and feet. It’s like being able to hit the mid-range jumper with ease squared up but now he’s adding the off-balance element and trying to square it back up.
It was only one encounter with Philadelphia. It’s just a red jersey, no pads, and camp. There is only one preseason match. It’s safe to claim that Love has skills at some point. There are never any promises, but it is quite legitimate to have hope. Correct?
I’ve always been a fan of Tyler Davis; it seemed like he was recovering well from his ACL injury last season. Do you believe he will receive an injury settlement other than from IR? What guidelines, if any, govern the settlement of an injury? Do specific injuries apply in this case?
