Good news: Aaron Jones of the Green Bay Packers is fully back

Running back Aaron Jones of the Green Bay Packers is optimistic that he has fully recovered from his nagging hamstring injury and will make his eagerly anticipated comeback against the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

After suffering a hamstring injury in Week 1, Jones missed two games before making a comeback to play 20 snaps against the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Although he was feeling great heading into Week 5, he missed his third game in four weeks due to an injury that occurred on Saturday before the team’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

“I feel great now that I’m back,” Jones declared on Wednesday. “I feel confident now.I believe missing that game was very beneficial.

Jones returned from his bye on Monday and participated in a limited amount of practice on Wednesday. He claimed that since the injury on September 10, the hamstring feels better than it has ever felt.

Indeed, Jones remarked, “This is the best I’ve felt.”

Keeping well until Sunday is the current objective. Jones claimed that on the Saturday before the Raiders game, he overextended while attempting to catch a pass and injured his hamstring, forcing the team to substitute him out of the 17-13 loss in Las Vegas.

With only 48 snaps played in six weeks this season, Jones’ bye week may have been his last chance to heal.

Jones is a “missing piece of the puzzle,” according to rookie Jayden Reed, and the Packers offense would “love” to have him back.

The Packers went 1-2 overall and scored 24, 18, and 13 points in the three games they played without Jones. Their lone victory came against the Saints in the fourth quarter. The Packers, who were down two games in a row going into their bye, are in desperate need of Jones, who is arguably their best offensive playmaker, to get them back on track.
