INDIANAPOLIS: According to court documents, Indianapolis Colts tight end Drew Ogletree was taken into custody on Friday on allegations of domestic abuse.
According to Indiana court documents, the 25-year-old Ogletree was charged with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and domestic battery conducted in the physical presence of a kid under the age of sixteen. They are both crimes.

According to The Indianapolis Star, Ogletree is charged in a probable cause affidavit with body slamming a woman on Tuesday in Hendricks County after she caught him cheating on her by looking at his phone.

According to the woman’s and Ogletree’s accounts, she tried to “smack” him but failed. Ogletree “body slammed” her to the ground, she told authorities. According to the affidavit, Ogletree admitted to the police that he had shoved her to the ground.

According to the affidavit, the victim was discovered by Avon Police Department responding officers to be in pain and unable to move. After being brought to a hospital, her injuries were evaluated.
