Sad news: The New Indianapolis Colts has just announced one of best players suspension.
Tony Brown, a cornerback, and wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie of the Indianapolis Colts both received three-game suspensions for actions that were detrimental to the team.
The reason behind both players’ healthy scratch during the Week 15 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers is unclear, but it makes sense.
In Week 15, McKenzie was replaced as the punt returner by rookie Josh Downs. In the 30-13 victory, he made three punt returns averaging an outstanding 12.7 yards per return.
The Colts will need to make some moves in order to make room on their roster for their Week 16 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
According to numerous reports, the Indianapolis Colts have placed wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie and cornerback Tony Brown on the reserve/suspended list for the duration of the 2023 season for “conduct detrimental to the tea.”
The Colts formally revealed the changes, along with a few other roster changes, on social media on Tuesday.
