Sean McDermott has just announced another monstrous addition to his team, as he tend to solidify his team walls with this monumental deal..

After spraining his right ankle early in the second half of Buffalo’s AFC wild-card playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday, starting middle linebacker Terrel Bernard of the Bills was taken off the field.

While tackling receiver Diontae Johnson from behind, Bernard sustained an injury and seemed to twist his ankle as he fell to the ground. The Bills declared that Bernard will not be playing again after announcing he would be getting X-rays.

Following the free agency loss of Tremaine Edmunds by Buffalo in March, the second-year player assumed the starting role.

An already thin position is made thinner by the injury. Due to a shoulder injury, starter Tyrel Dodson was unable to participate, and in the first half, backup Baylon Spector was also out with a back injury.

On Pittsburgh’s opening drive of the second half in the third quarter of Buffalo’s Super Wild Card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, linebacker Terrel Bernard of the Bills left the game.

Bernard suffered an ankle injury after a tackle and had to be carried off the field. He was brought back for X-rays and will not be playing for the rest of the match.

Before Bernard departed the field, a few teammates came to the cart to wish him farewell.

With 143 stops, three interceptions, and three fumble recoveries, the rookie starter’s stats are impressive. As the middle linebacker, Bernard has served as the defense’s spokesperson.

Prior to the injury, Bernard recorded three tackles and two pass breaks in the game on Sunday.
