Another star player for the Chiefs has made an unexpected declaration regarding her retirement.
The standout tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce, is among the most accomplished players of his position in NFL history, and it appears that his playing days may be numbered.
In his 11 seasons, the native of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, has won two Super Bowls, been selected to the All-Pro team four times, and been to the Pro Bowl eight times. His career highs for receiving yards per game, receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns are all topped by him among tight ends. He also ranks fourth overall.
However, after more than ten years of NFL success and awards, 34-year-old Kelce revealed he is considering retirement.
“Beyond anyone’s wildest expectations,” he informed the Wall Street Journal.
