Ron Rivera’s insistence on making his team impervious has secured the Commanders’ roster with yet another excellent addition.
The Washington Commanders reduced their roster size from ninety to fifty-three players yesterday. Although there may be more roster adjustments in the near future, the team is currently completing the 16-player practice squad.
After the waiver claims period concluded at 12 p.m., teams began adding vested veterans who had been released prior to the deadline, or they signed players to their practice squads. There is still space for one more player on Washington’s practice squad, which currently has 15 official signings.
QB Jake Fromm was signed to the practice squad.
