By Tuesday, August 29, at 3:00 p.m. Chicago time, all NFL teams must have reached the 53-man roster cap; however, a number of teams have already started waiving and cutting players.
Any player with fewer than four seasons of service accrued will be placed through waivers; those with four or more, known as vested veterans, become free agents and are immediately able to sign with another team.

Here, we’ll keep tabs on all the Bears trades and rumors as they prepare their roster for the 2023 campaign.
