Before the conclusion of Strictly Come Dancing, Bobby Brazier’s father, Jeff Brazier, sent him one last letter of encouragement.

Tonight marks the finale of the most recent season of the BBC dancing series, in which the 20-year-old actor from EastEnders will compete against Layton Williams of Bad Education and Ellie Leach of Coronation Street.

The stars’ parents, like Jeff, who paid tribute to his son on social media, have been expressing their pride before they all hit the dance floor one last time.

Sharing a series of photos of Bobby during different points of his career to date – modelling, joining EastEnders, on the cover of Grazia and then on Strictly – Jeff said he wanted his son to ‘soak u.
